IE9 displaying IE6 notice fix

We have discovered small bug that is displaying IE6 notice at the bottom of the page in all YJSG powered templates , joomla 1.5 and joomla 1.6 when using IE9 browser

please download the attached file, unzip the archive and replace existing

sitename/templates/template_name/yjsgcore/yjsg_notices.php file.

Same file can be used in Joomla 1.5 and 1.6
